Cleansing before the big meal holidays

In the midst of the liver and candida cleanse, a healing crisis ensued. I awakened to a pounding headache and bloating, which signals that I need a major cleanse, that includes a bit of fasting.
I got a gallon of distilled water, added 3 lemons and 3 limes, cayenne pepper and coconut crystals and shook it vigorously. For the next few days, I plan to live on this citrus cleanse, vegetable broth and water with cranberries floating in it. It should rid my body of excess water, waste, mucous, encourage healthful cells and allergy symptoms, including headaches and congestion.
This cleanse is good for the liver and other organs as well. The cayenne will speed metabolism, increase circultation, improve cardiovascular health and aid in healing bodily dysfunction. The mineral rich broth will help to repair damaged cells and help to rejuvenate my entire body.
I plan to also vitamin C flush to expel toxins at a much faster rate.
The upside of this cleanse should include weight loss, which is always a plus during holidays. But more importantly, this cleanse will increase my body's ability to get rid of toxins, while increasing my body's ability to absorb nutrients.  www.TheWellnessWell.net
