Scientists prove once again, that sunshine is good for your health and lifespan.



I encourage clients to spend at least 30 minutes per day in the healing sun. 
Dermatologists have wrongfully admonished people with vitiligo to avoid the sun since I was a child. And long before that. Like all living things, the sun is our life source. We need sufficient sunlight to thrive, grow and be healthy. We need sunlight to stimulate pigment and to synthesize vitamin D. Sunshine is Nature's healer.
